Pete the Dragon

Pete was the name for Spyro when the game was under development, he was declined because the staff wanted Spyro to appeal to 5-10 year olds. Spyro staff wanted Spyro to be cute, bratty and unpredictable, giving him the looke we all know, Spyro was meant to be Green, but they recolored him purple, and also renamed Pete Spyro.

Pete is has Spyro's personality in the classic Spyro, fiery arrogant, and not friendly, Spyro in my sequel is portrayed as a child, sweet, kind, friendly and innocent, with a small traits of stubuness like the traditional Spyro, Pete is Spyro's bully, he teases Spyro, attacks Spyro, harms Spyro. he actually has success in making Spyro cry and Spyro fearing him.
when Spyro becomes the hero though, Pete misses Spyro, and he loses the muscles and become more mellow, but thats after the Hero's Tale vol. all the volumes before that he claim Spyro's victory over the villains a fluke.
